Eating and exercise are connected, and you can maximize the effectiveness of your activities by eating <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alanic.com\/blog\/5-ways-to-actually-feel-healthier\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">healthier<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Here are some tips we\u2019ve prepared for you.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eat a healthy breakfast<\/span><\/h2>\n<p align=\"justify\">It doesn\u2019t matter if you\u2019re a morning exerciser or not; eating a healthy breakfast is a must if you want to maximize your workouts\u2019 effectiveness. If you\u2019re a morning exerciser, you should know that you shouldn\u2019t workout before breakfast. Why? Because most of what you ate for dinner is used up by morning. Your blood sugar might be low too. So what should you eat for breakfast? Good breakfast options include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">Juice<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">Bananas<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">Low-fat milk<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">Supplements<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">Supplements such as minerals, vitamins, essential fatty acids, phytochemicals, and more enrich the body&#8217;s internal environment to fortify cellular protection. One of the greatest supplements on Earth is Spirulina. There are many <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">health benefits of Spirulina<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, such as lowering bad LDL, lowering blood pressure, effectiveness against anemia, and so on.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do not overeat<\/span><\/h2>\n<p align=\"justify\">Size matters. Trust us, you don\u2019t want to overeat before exercise. You can eat large meals 3 or 4 hours before exercising. However, you can have small snacks an hour or so before exercising. Snacking right before exercise won\u2019t give you that energy punch, but it can help regulate your blood sugar and prevent those awful, distracting hunger pains. Greate snack options include granola bars, low-fat sandwiches, and fruit.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Workout Clothes: Get the Right Fit<\/span><\/h2>\n<p align=\"justify\">You should always wear <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alanic.com\/wholesale\/running-fitness-clothing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">workout clothes<\/a><\/strong> that are loose and comfortable. Except when you\u2019re running or riding a bike. In those cases avoid loose and wide-legged pants. If you\u2019re doing pilates or yoga, then go for stretchy, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alanic.com\/blog\/perfect-ways-to-style-a-royal-blue-microfiber-tracksuit-outside-the-gym\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fitted fabrics<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Don\u2019t wear anything you don\u2019t feel comfortable in and don\u2019t wear clothes that get in the way of your activities.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eat after exercise<\/span><\/h2>\n<p align=\"justify\">Eating right after you exercise will help your muscles recover. Of course, it goes without saying that you should drink plenty of water after exercise, too. What should you eat after you exercise? Ideally, you should eat something that contains carbohydrates and protein. Chicken and brown rice is always a good option or pasta with red meat.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ditch those empty calories<\/span><\/h2>\n<p align=\"justify\">Say goodbye to white bread, white rice, and potatoes. Decrease the number of carbs in favor of protein, veggies, and fruits. If you ditch those foods you\u2019ll be bloated no more.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Of course, it goes without saying that you should ditch sugary drinks and, unfortunately, alcohol. We all like to have a beer or two now and then, but you have to forget about that.
