REFUND AND RETURN

How do I return items purchased on Alanic.com? We design Alanic International products to bring qualityand performance to your active life. We feel the same way about customer service. If you feel the need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen.

Non Custom Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange the item that was not correct within 7days from the shipping date. Your return will be processed within 2 - 6 Weeks of being received at our warehouse and refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment. You will receive an e-mail notification once your return is processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Return Procedures:
Fill out the Return Form on the back of the packing slip that came with the order. (If you don't have your originalpacking slip, just include a note letting us know why you're returning the product. Please include the original order number, purchaser name, address, and telephone number.)

Pack your return with the completed form (in the original package if possible) and send it to Alanic International Office close toyou.

For Custom Orders / Sublimation only:
We Endeavour to source the same fabric / colour every time for custom orders including sublimation, however due to different dye batches this cannot be guaranteed.

For custom orders our highly dedicated manufacturing team can create a very similar design anytime and all the time for you.

Please Note: Orders cannot be cancelled once they are in production and no refund will be provided.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  1. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  2. You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and Alanic International will not replace the contents of the package. Thank you for your cooperation.
  3. All refunds will be credited to the method of payment used for the original purchase.
  4. Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.
  5. Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size or color only.
  6. Custom orders can have a slight difference in colors with reordering.
  7. Custom orders can have a slight difference in material if reordered after 12 months and could not be available too.
  8. Sometimes deadlines could be missed due to 3rd party freight companies which could cause a slight delay. Team Alanic International always does its best to ensure we have things on time
  9. During Peak Season we add extra 1 day - 2 Week process time to deliveries
  10. Alanic International Team does the best to have 100% accuracy on Custom orders but sometimes there are issues which can’t be avoided.
  11. Custom Order can have a little variation in colour so we advise our clients to choose the closest shade at times but we do our best to match the exact colour
